My birth certificate is from South Africa. My passport is Australian. And I have a green card, which lets me live and work in the United States. I'm a former personal trainer, turned nutrition and physiology researcher, but wanted be a journalist in high school. I've always enjoyed writing and started a journal in my early twenties. A practice I've kept up to this day. I like to think of what I've put together here as simply an online, more shareable version.
